About Us

Nelson A. Tajong, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist at Lakeside Gastroenterology, with locations in Conroe and The Woodlands, Texas. He is committed to providing comprehensive and personalized gastroenterology care for his patients.

Dr. Tajong earned his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center and VA Medical. He then pursued his Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
